Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see

Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).

All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.

The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).

For a sailboat like MATINA, the expected APA is 15% to 30% of the charter price (€6,195 - €12,390), making the charter cost €47,495 to €53,690. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.

You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).

The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.

Her charter rate is € 37,800 per week for up to 12 pax + 12% vat + 8000 euros approximately for the fuel per week. Food and beverages are extra as you can see below.
For 13-20 pax her charter rate is € 44,800+ 12% vat + 8000 euros approximately for the fuel per week. Food and beverages are extra as you can see below.
Food expenses are 55 Euros/day/per person for Half Board, and 80 Euros/day/per person for Full board. Alcohol that is included with the meals only: local wine and beer. Anything else will be ordered separately and at the clients' expense.
If we have excessive consumption of alcoholic drinks during the charter, it will be extra, at the Charterer's expense. Soft drinks, coffee, tea, snacks are also included in the above rates.
For your information, usually, half board is excellent for the clients, as they have an excellent breakfast, and one meal. In between, they have snacks. Your Captain, Antonis Koukas, aged 52, has been a captain on board charter yachts for twenty years. He holds an A Class captains license and all safety training certificates. Over the years Antonis has sailed in most areas of the Mediterranean Sea. A hospitable and friendly person, with his knowledge and experience he aims to provide a safe, enjoyable and memorable time on board. Antonis speaks English.

Vassilis Papadimitriou, aged 48, is a Chef with more than 20 years of experience. His travels around the world and his many years of cooking enable him to offer unique dishes, combining exotic and traditional Greek and Mediterranean flavors. For Vassilis, it is of great importance to find the freshest, seasonal local foods, and make his guests stay a gastronomic experience they will never forget. Vasilis speaks English.

Joanna Meralis, the Chief Stewardess on board is 32 years old. She is a graduate of the Tourist Academy of Rhodes and has a 10 years experience as a professional stewardess in cruise ships. Her ingenuity and outstanding attention to details will provide you with services to the highest standards. She speaks English, Polish and Russian.

Maria Ioannou, aged 46, is the Assistant Stewartess. She is friendly, polite and always ready to make your cruise memorable. She has a lot of experience taking care of children, she is enthusiastic and loves to organize activities for them on board yachts. She is an active person who likes sports and enjoys meeting new people. Maria is fluent in English.

Paul Tsakos, bosun, aged 40. Paul has more than 10 years of experience on luxury yachts and his in-depth knowledge of both Matina and sailing, ensures the smooth operation of the yacht. He speaks English and some Italian.
