Offered by DMA Yachting, the breathtaking charter yacht INEVITABLE is a 100 ft motor yacht featuring a hot tub. The most appealing features of INEVITABLE are her well-chosen interiors and experienced crew. INEVITABLE spends the season in the Caribbean. She was completed by the famous yacht builder Hatteras in 2005. An elegant refit was completed in 2020. The well-planned yacht layout features 5 cozy cabins and comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.
INEVITABLE is classified as a superyacht. The key part of the yacht, generous aft deck, continues to the attractive and sleek main salon. The main saloon is a comfortable space to spend time when the weather is not ideal and serves as a location of entertainment. 5 comfortable cabins are purposefully laid out with vison for maximum room, access, comfort and privacy.
Accommodation
Accommodates ten in five staterooms to include a full beam master stateroom, VIP Queen stateroom forward along with two Queen guest staterooms located aft which convert to twin berths if needed, all with private baths. Should the yacht secure another charter within 4 days of this booking, out of the same port, the amount will be split between the charters and the credit will be added to the Charterers APA account.

Captain: Darrell Strydom
Captain Darrel Strydom:
Darrell was born in Cape Town, South-Africa. After 7 years of initially working in electronics and product development he then ventured off to pursue his career in Yachting. Darrell has sailed 4 yachts across the ocean, with one winning a race from Cape Town to Rio de Janeiro. He is also a certified divemaster and in his spare time he loves to travel. He has a tremendous amount of love for classic cars and motorcycles. Darrell is easy going, fun loving and will give his utmost to ensure that your stay on Inevitable will be the best vacation you’ve had.
Mate Matt Ribiero:
Matt was born and raised in Harare, Zimbabwe. Whilst studying Hospitality and Business Management in Cape Town he took up a variety of outdoor activities, such as spearfishing, scuba diving, hiking. All this, combined with a passionate curiosity about the world from years of traveling as a child, lead him to a career in yachting. He worked on superyachts and then started to sail catamarans in Indonesia, Turkey, Australia, and the Caribbean. He is always around to happily assist where needed and to help with any requests our guests may have Matt is also a qualified captain and has captained numerous yachts.
Stewardess Lidia Ackerman:
Lidia grew up in the beautiful city of Cape Town, South Africa. She is part of a big family and is one of a pair of twins, who is interestingly also part of the yachting industry. Her passion for water & diving fueled her change in career from owning her own handmade jewelry company over to the yachting industry, where she was able to transfer her valuable customer service skills and her eye for detail. In her spare time, she enjoys being active and likes outdoor activities like hiking, diving and surfing. Lidia also loves to dance and did ballroom classes from a young age with salsa being her favorite type of dance. She used to work on Motor Yachts from the range of 242 foot - 164 foot. Lidia ensures guests onboard Inevitable have a memorable trip.
Deckhand Ewald Van Der Merwe:
As a South African Ewald is proud of his heritage which he feels gives him a unique perspective on culture and diversity that sparked a passion to travel and explore the world. Ewald completed an 18-month Cadetship program with Meridian Adventure Sail that led him to working on INEVITABLE where he gained all-around experience onboard, both in the interior and on deck. He is eager to gain knowledge and experience through hard work in hopes of one day achieving his goal of Master in Command.
Chef Antoinette Meyer:
Antoinette was born and raised in Pretoria, South African. She developed a love for cooking and culinary arts at a young age by learning to cook alongside her grandmother. She finds great joy in creating unique and delicious dishes from around the world and sharing them with others. Aside from her passion for cooking, she has a deep love for sailing and traveling. Married to Captain Darrell, she has been able to mesh all the loves of her life with a career in yachting. In her free time she enjoys bird watching, diving and seeking out opportunities to experience new cuisines and flavors from different cultures. As a chef, Antoinette looks forward to providing her guests with a culinary experience that is both delicious and memorable.
