Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a motor yacht like KASHMIR, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price ($27,500 - $44,000), making the charter cost $137,500 to $154,000. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
KASHMIR Yacht Charter Price

| 3 day charter | 55,000USD to 65,000USD | 11,000USD to 19,500USD | 66,000USD to 84,500USD | The usual formula is the 7 day charter rate divided by 6, times the number of days (3). Boat policy might differ. 110,000USD / 6 * 3 days = 55,000USD |

Best Regards:”
Captain Dave – we loved hearing your stories and learning more about yachting from your expertise. (Believe me, Chris and George thought they were experts before - they learned a ton!).
Ched Adam – your meals were beyond incredible – best we have ever eaten! As demonstrated by our much tighter waistbands and the fact that we robbed you of any leftovers!
Fabi – you were so gracious every day when we were up at 5 am and asking for coffee before you even had a chance to start your day. You were also so kind to let Honey live out her stew fantasy even though it made your work take twice as long.
Laura – your humor made every day fun and we loved you joining the dance parties with the kiddos while you were behind the bar on the flybridge.
Kim – you have the patience of a saint. Enough said.
Matt (& Kim) - thank you for making the water play so fun, teaching us how to us everything and jumping in any time we wanted to go for a dip.
Paul – even though we didn’t get to see you as much, we are well aware of how hard you worked to keep this trip running smoothly. Thank you for taking the time you had to come get some fresh air and telling us your stories. We know those breaks between jobs are precious for you and we are so grateful you gave us some of that time. I hope you do write a book about your travels one day!
All in all, despite some “hiccups” along the way, not one of those was in anyone's control, and the service you all gave was truly 1000%. We wouldn’t change a thing, and genuinely hope we can travel with all of you again.
RECENT GUEST FEEDBACK
Hello Captain David and Rod,
I just wanted to share some of the feedback that I received from Mr. xxx and his family. They had a very good time aboard KASHMIR and could not have wanted any more in the way of service and said the yacht was absolutely beautiful. The crew were tops and Chef Dean was their favorite so far of all their charters 😉.
It was smaller than most of the yachts he has chartered in the past and all the previous yachts were tri-decks. That is the only thing they would have preferred, but they knew that going in, and trusted my judgment about the space on board and that the crew are tops! All in all super happy.
Here are some very nice comments from Mark and he offered for me to share these with the crew and hopes they will reach the Owner as well:
Hello,
I am so exhausted from being pampered and cared for.
I could never thank my brother in law enough for being so generous in providing a trip of a life time; multiple times now.
And that almost goes equally true for Captain David and his crew of the Kashmir.
I used to work for ITT Sheraton Corporation. That is what it was known as before being acquired by the Starwoods Hotels & Resorts. And now most recently being acquired by Marriott. As a hotel operations professional we had Customer Service drilled in to our heads and we in turn trained and retrained our staffs throughout the year.
I was so impressed at how effortlessly the crew of the Kashmir went about their numerous and laborious tasks day after day while paying close attention to the needs of their guests all the while being so pleasant.
I also spent a few years specifically as a hotel operations inspector. Inspecting 250 properties per year in the U.S. and Canada. I de-franchised more than a few properties due to their neglect of our corporate standards; be they in engineering or housekeeping or neglect of ownership and management. Captain David takes great care of that beautiful piece of engineering known as the Kashmir. I imagine whoever owns that beauty must be proud of the crew for maintaining it so impeccably. There was nothing that did not work as expected or which was the least bit soiled which I came in contact with. The owners attention to maintaining the Kashmir was not lost on me. I had to take a nap just imagining how hard the crew must work to consistently maintain it to the owners expectations.
I am grateful to the owner for maintaining the Kashmir as they do and providing such a wonderful crew to cater to their clients whims.
I wish to express my gratitude to Captain David, his first officer Kim, his engineer Oscar, chief steward Harriet and second stew Fabiana, deckhand Matthew and of course chef Dean. I understand from the family they considered chef Dean their favorite of the past four cruises they have been on. Oscar fixed a little game devise which Josephs grand daughter Sophia broke. That was incredible as I have no idea where he got the unique little part which the toy required. And certainly made little Sophia happy. Harriet and Fabi also were sure to keep a close eye on Sophia and provided her with special attention which I know Sophia enjoyed. Kim was always ready to shuttle us to and from at a moments notice. Such as on the day Sophia’s daddy asked if we could take her fishing. Quick as anything, Kim and Matthew were prepared and off we went.
And of course thank you too Melanie for your efforts in corralling the family to get our documentation, covid testing and what not together so we could best enjoy our wonderful journey.
God bless
Mark
Thanks again from me for providing another one of my clients with an excellent charter aboard KASHMIR. I have already shared their comments with the other charter brokers at Fraser 😊.
Captain David was amazing to deal with during the charter and I am so happy to have two more charters with this outstanding crew. They just picked up the ****** group in the last couple hours… the client is already telling me that the crew are amazing and the boat is beautiful! I am sure we will have another great review to share soon.
