Price Terms
Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a motor yacht like OCEAN LIFE, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price ($12,500 - $20,000), making the charter cost $62,500 to $70,000. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.

Deckhand | Jason Williams | American
A born and raised Florida native, Jason grew up surrounded by activities that helped shaped the career path he’s taken as a waterman. Being raised around boats, Jason grew up with a waterman family – going on weekly outings to the beaches, fishing, and diving or to the lake for watersports. In 2011, Jason moved to Kona, Hawaii where he began his boating career, fishing for big game on the Kona coast. Here is also where he took up the art of fire dancing – eventually moving to Miami to pursue this as a career. Knowing it would take some time to build, Jason relied on yachting for income, getting his first position as a deckhand on a 100’ vessel. He learned all the skills to run a deck and ultimately worked his way up to the 200’ range, where he landed a gig with a great Captain and crew that he stuck with for several years. Jason now owns his own entertainment company for fire dancing, and on occasion, shares his talents while on charter. Jason joined the team on OCEAN LIFE in September 2022.
