Captain: Jeremy
Captain Jeremy
Born and raised in France, Jeremy’s journey began at just 18 when he enlisted as a military fireman and paramedic in Paris. Those four years of service shaped his calm leadership, precision under pressure, and strong sense of responsibility — qualities that define him as a captain today.
Over the past decade, Jeremy has sailed more than 64,000 nautical miles aboard his own sailing yachts, exploring remote destinations across the globe. He holds an MCA Master 200GT Unlimited and brings exceptional technical expertise gained through years of hands-on yacht operations and refits. Passionate about adventure, Jeremy loves leading guests to hidden anchorages, sharing his knowledge of sailing, and introducing them to watersports such as kitesurfing, freediving, and spearfishing — ensuring a safe, dynamic, and memorable experience on the water.
Stew/Deck Cristina
Cristina joins Wind Chaser as an energetic and versatile stew-deck. With a background in hospitality and sports, she brings an upbeat attitude, a strong work ethic, and genuine enthusiasm for life at sea. Whether assisting with deck operations, delivering attentive guest service, or supporting daily activities, Cristina’s positive energy and adaptability make her an invaluable part of the team.
Chef Monica
Returning to Wind Chaser after a successful previous season, Monica is an accomplished Italian chef with an impressive culinary career spanning Italy, Brazil, Australia, Spain, and the Caribbean. Her global experience brings depth and creativity to every menu she crafts. Highly organized and calm under pressure, Monica excels at planning and executing gourmet meals with flexibility and grace, even in demanding conditions. Passionate about food, travel, and the sea, she’s also familiar with kitesurfing and embraces the same adventurous spirit as the rest of the crew.
Together, Jeremy, Cristina, and Monica form a professional, adventurous, and welcoming team whose combined experience, teamwork, and enthusiasm ensure every Wind Chaser charter is both seamless and unforgettable.
