Captain Eric Stenson grew up on the Massachusetts coast, where an early love of the ocean set him on a path toward a career in yachting. With over four years of charter experience, including time aboard M/Y MIDNIGHT, M/Y ISLAND RUNNER, and M/Y MAKING WAVES. He now captain's M/Y NO SURRENDER, bringing a calm, adaptable approach to every charter. His goal is simple: guests leave feeling relaxed, well cared for, and genuinely delighted, whether that means a quiet coffee on deck, a candlelit dinner under the stars, or a day full of watersports and laughter. Eric works alongside his wife Meagan, the yacht's Chief Stewardess, and their close partnership helps create a warm, seamless atmosphere on board, all guided by his personal motto, "Stay steady, stay ready."

Anastasiya was raised in Pinsk, Belarus, where food was at the heart of every family gathering — an early influence that shaped her lifelong passion for cooking. She built her culinary career in the U.S. through hands-on experience in private dining, hospitality, and event catering before entering yachting in 2021, and she now runs her own private chef and catering business alongside her charter work. Specializing in Mediterranean, French, Italian, Eastern European, and modern American cuisine, she creates fresh, seasonal menus tailored to each group — from casual beach picnics and fresh-baked sourdough to elegant multi-course dinners featuring caviar and premium seafood. She never repeats a menu, drawing inspiration from her travels and a deep curiosity about local ingredients and traditions, and she happily accommodates any dietary need without compromising on flavor. Her approach is guided by a simple philosophy: "Work hard. Stay humble. Never stop learning."

Ceara spent her childhood between farms in southwest Minnesota and the outdoors, developing a lifelong love of fishing, hiking, and water sports that later drew her into yachting. She studied Advertising with a Graphic Design minor at South Dakota State University, and before joining the industry, gained hands-on experience in retail, farm work, and as an electrical apprentice. She's worked aboard M/Y AMORE and M/Y ARTHUR'S WAY as a deck/stew, and now serves as mate on M/Y NO SURRENDER, bringing a strong work ethic and infectious positive energy to the crew. Ceara's focus is on helping guests fully unwind — whether that means organizing an action-packed day of adventure or a peaceful, laid-back retreat — so they leave feeling relaxed, cared for, and reconnected. Her motto, "Become stronger than yesterday," reflects the determination she brings both on board and in her ongoing goal of advancing toward a career as an engineer.
