Price Terms
Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a motor yacht like BLUE TIME, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price ($30,000 - $48,000), making the charter cost $150,000 to $168,000. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.

Reviews
We had a great time onboard BLUE TIME with the family to celebrate the Christmas holiday. Besides the importance of having a great chef, my son wanted to fish. The fishing program onboard BLUE TIME exceeded our expectations and we are hopeful to book BLUE TIME in the Abacos this summer for some more catching. We enjoyed the crew so much that we took them out for dinner two nights and included them in our White Elephant Christmas gift exchange on Christmas morning. They were all great. Thank you for helping bring our family together for a wonderful time on the water.
Broker Feedback Christmas 2024:
Thank you so much for coming to the rescue in helping me secure a Christmas Charter with a superb fishing program when there were not sufficient inventory choices. It’s great to be able to trust the CA and a captain that I have worked with in the past to pull something together; even without yacht photos, crew profiles, etc. The experience working with Captain David and his crew was great and I was informed along the way with the daily activities and fun festivities that took place onboard. I will certainly be putting BLUE TIME at the top of my list for future charters of this size.
Broker Comments: "Thanks for an ENORMOUSLY successful charter aboard BLUE TIME March 21-28, 2026 cruising the Exumas out of Nassau. You demonstrated absolute mastery of this area which is no surprise given your vast experience, and you also delivered a "full on, action packed" adventure with elite service that the family loved. I knew of your strong reputation for a superb vessel and crew, but this was the first time "the stars aligned" when dates for my clients could fit into your busy calendar. You will be at the top of my list going forward!"
They communicated that it was clear that this crew operates at an exceptional level. Every crew member was genuinely happy, constantly smiling, and worked together seamlessly. They ran circles around crews they encountered on other yachts. Their positive energy was contagious and created an atmosphere that was both professional and incredibly enjoyable.
The captain deserves special recognition. He was warm, approachable, and always in command, yet never created a tense or stressful environment for his crew. His leadership style fostered teamwork and positivity, and he wasn't afraid to jump in and help whenever needed.
The yacht itself was immaculate. Every morning it was sparkling. The attention to detail was remarkable, and the tender was kept in equally pristine condition. Not only was it spotless, but it was incredibly fast, allowing them to get out to the fishing grounds quickly each day.
They say that this group set the all-time fishing record onboard, landing an incredible 41 mahi! A huge part of that success was thanks to the first mate, who was absolutely exceptional. His enthusiasm for fishing was unmatched, and he was eager every single day to get them out on the water. His knowledge, work ethic, and positive attitude made every outing a highlight of the trip.
The culinary experience was equally outstanding. The chef poured his heart into every meal and was one of the most accommodating chefs they ever encountered. One guest required zero-sugar desserts, and rather than treating it as an inconvenience, the chef created delicious alternatives so that guest never felt left out during dessert time. He frequently came out of the galley to check on meals, gather feedback, and chat with guests. He even welcomed them into the galley and happily shared recipes when asked. Every dish was fantastic, but the eggplant parmesan was hands-down the best they ever had.
The stewardesses were absolutely wonderful. Not only were they fun, energetic, and attentive, but it was easy to tell they were best friends. Their chemistry translated directly into flawless service. They worked together effortlessly, anticipated needs before they even voiced them, and kept the interior spotless at all times. One of the highlights was the beautiful beach setup they created for them on our final day, which made for a perfect ending to the trip.
Every aspect of this charter exceeded expectations. The crew's professionalism, enthusiasm, and genuine care for their guests created an experience that was second to none. We cannot recommend this yacht and crew highly enough, and we are already looking forward to returning next year and adding on a couple of extra days.
